![]() Win10 Changing Something on Storage Drive Windows. ![]() I did find a thread about using the spice it up button. I know there is probably somewhere that I need to go to find "how-to" ask questions on this forum. I am trying to find more resources to help me with my work since I work in a three-man shop now. In the past I have read threads searching for answers but have not really posted much on these kind of community forums. I know that makes it more difficult for those reading the thread. Also, I never could figure out how to create those neat little boxes that show what you are replying to, or even how to flag the name of the person who responded, the one that I want to reply to. On another note, I have a couple of etiquette / Spiceworks user questions: First of all what would be appropriate for marking the best answer and/or what was helpful, etc. I am going to meet with the user on-site this morning to take a look at his phone. Every response was helpful in developing a method to the madness of troubleshooting this issue. If the user typically creates new contacts that they want O365 to have, go to Settings>Contacts>Default Account and make sure it's set to the Exchange one. You can deselect groups and just look at 1 at a time to see a full list of what's in that particular group.Īnother thing to check is the default account for creating new contacts. Once you tap on Groups, you'll see a listing of each account that houses contacts. To see an overall listing of which contacts are saved under each account, open the Contacts app, and look for Groups in the upper lefthand corner.
